I created Eat Live Conscious as a space for people who want to feel alive, grounded and connected to themselves, their community and the planet through the food they cook and other “everyday rituals.” I’ve learned that the meals we eat, the way we move our bodies, how we rest, and the physical and mental spaces we create can have a profound effect on our wellbeing.
